Their stats speak for themselves. Daniels topped the nation in both yards and touchdowns.
Nabers had the most receiving yards, with 1,546. He was more than 100 yards ahead of Rome Odunze from Washington, even though he played one game less.
“Daniels showed his grit and resilience in a remarkable season that had him throwing for 3,812 yards, running for 1,134 and scoring 50 touchdowns,” wrote ESPN’s Chris Low.
ESPN also praised Nabers for his determination and ability to make big plays, with 34 catches for more than 20 yards and 17 for more than 30 yards.
Nabers has a chance to increase his numbers if he decides to play in the ReliaQuest Bowl next month. Grow Your Grit to Greatness!
