The Ravens dominated the game with their balanced performance on both sides of the ball. They had a streak of seven consecutive scoring drives and capitalized on the turnovers they created. Out of the five times they took the ball away from the Niners, three times they turned them into points and added 17 points to their total. The Ravens' pass rushers were constantly pressuring Purdy and knocking down his passes at the line, making him struggle on every throw.
Meanwhile, Lamar Jackson was having fun with the Niners' defense and increasing his chances of winning the MVP award. He threw for 252 yards and two touchdowns, but his running ability was even more impressive. He was able to escape the pressure and keep the passing plays alive with his legs, and also ran for 45 yards when he decided to keep the ball and sprint.
